Managing goods, prices and balances on marketplaces

What problem does it solve

The manager downloads supplier prices every day, recalculates prices, and manually corrects balances in three cabinets. The system does it itself, and the manager works in the usual Google-table.

Supplier price lists

• Uploading price lists in YML, XML, JSON, CSV, and XLSX formats via a link or file.
• Summary price list and comparison of "our item, supplier's item" with the base price and balance.

Marketplaces

• Ozon: downloading the catalog, creating and updating cards, prices and stock balances, categories and characteristics, analytics, sales report, transactions.
• Wildberries: card downloads, prices, stock balances. Seller statistics — balances, orders, sales, product funnel — are uploaded to the table by command in Telegram.
• Yandex Market: downloading offers, creating and updating products, prices and balances.
• Avito and SberMegaMarket: YML and XML feeds, the file is updated on Google Drive.
• retailCRM: unloading and loading of warehouse balances.
• Own website: prices and balances are transferred to the online store.

Management

• The menu is right in the Google spreadsheet: "update prices", "upload products" and other actions.
• The task schedule is set in the table, the status "running / stopped" is written there as well.
• Reports and errors are sent to Telegram or MAX.
• There is a separate service for Ozon with a documented API and a task queue: changes are tracked, and only changed cards go to Ozon.

Suitable for whom

For sellers with multiple suppliers and multiple sites, it is important for them not to sell a product that no longer exists.
