What problem does it solve
Managers spend time on the same questions: " what is needed for?", " what is the budget?", " what is the capacity?". The AI seller asks them himself, responds to clarifications with live language and does not forget what the client has already said.
How it works
- The conversation is divided into stages: acquaintance, need, details, selection, completion. The bot proceeds to the next stage only when it has received a response.
- For each stage, the task, rules and tools of the model are set.
- The client's responses are saved to the profile, and the dialog history is saved to the database.
- The bot takes products from the catalog. The download of the catalog from the Ozon cabinet is now ready.
