AI control of work chats
The bot reads working Telegram groups, decrypts voice messages and sends a report to the manager every day: what was discussed, what tasks are not closed, how the team works. If the client waits longer than normal for the manager's response, the bot raises the alarm.

What problem does it solve
Work is going on in dozens of chats, no one listens to voice calls, and the manager finds out about the problem from a dissatisfied client. The bot reads everything and sends the main thing.
Chat Reports
- The bot is added to workgroups, it saves messages, including replies and media.
- Voice and audio are transcribed into text.
- AI prepares a report for each group for a day, week or month: summary, unfinished tasks, quality assessment.
- Reports are created on a schedule and are recreated if there are new messages.
- The structure of the report and the request to the AI are configured.
Response rate control
- During business hours, the bot detects the client's message.
- If the manager does not respond in time, a warning is sent to the management group, followed by an alarm with a link to the message.
- The average response time for each chat per day is calculated.
- The list of chats, managers, working hours and texts are kept in a Google table.
