What problem does it solve

Contracts are in the mail, invoices are in 1C, payments are in the statement, and only the accountant knows who owes whom. The system collects everything on projects and shows holes: unpaid bills, unpaid and unsigned closing documents.

Accounting

• Duplicates are cut off even if the payment came from different files.
• The system proposes to create the missing counterparties, accounts and contracts itself. You can roll back the entire download.

Reports

• According to the project: unpaid bills, non-submitted and unsigned closing documents, discrepancies in amounts, a tree of documents.
• Project finances: cash profit, shares and balances of partners.

AI assistant in the system and in Telegram

• Finds the contract, invoice, or payment and sends the document.
• Issues invoices and closing documents, initiates contractors, projects and contracts.
• Pulls up details from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities by TIN or name.
• Understands voice messages and sent pdf, docx, xlsx.
• Each change shows the card "was - > became" and is executed only after confirmation. The program counts the amounts, not the model.
